Steamers​ ​are​ ​each​ ​made​ ​with​ ​menthol​ ​and​ ​a​ ​blend​ ​of​ ​eucalyptus​ ​and​ ​peppermint​ ​essential​ ​oils.​ ​They​ ​are​ ​a​ ​great​ ​way​ ​to​ ​naturally​ ​clear​ ​sinus​ ​congestion​ ​and​ ​get​ ​back​ ​to​ ​breathing​ ​easy!

Due​ ​to​ ​the​ ​higher​ ​content​ ​of​ ​essential​ ​oils​ ​and​ ​menthol,​ ​shower​ ​steams​ ​are​ ​NOT​ ​to​ ​be​ ​used​ ​in​ ​the​ ​bath!​ ​To​ ​use​ ​simply​ ​place​ ​one​ ​cake​ ​towards​ ​the​ ​back​ ​of​ ​your​ ​shower​ ​out​ ​of​ ​the​ ​direct​ ​stream​ ​of​ ​water.​ ​Allow​ ​water​ ​to​ ​hit​ ​cake​ ​slightly​ ​to​ ​release​ ​essential​ ​oils​ ​and​ ​menthol​ ​into​ ​the​ ​steam.​ ​I​ ​occasionally​ ​drip​ ​more​ ​water​ ​on​ ​the​ ​cakes​ ​as​ ​I​ ​need​ ​more​ ​vapors​ ​released​ ​into​ ​the​ ​steam.​ ​Continue​ ​to​ ​do​ ​this​ ​until​ ​it​ ​is​ ​completely​ ​dissolved.​ ​
